“You must do the things you think you cannot do.” Eleanor Roosevelt
As we get older, one of the challenges is to continue to push past our comfort zones. Not easy, I know! Can you think of a time when you did something that terrified you? How did it feel when you finally took the plunge? Or, are you avoiding something specific because you’re afraid you just can’t do it? Grab your your pen or laptop and start writing. See where it takes you . . . If writing is out of your comfort zone, all the better!
While the prompt is designed to spark your personal writing, if you end up crafting an essay that you'd like to send my way, I'd love to read it.
